Eligibility and Method of Payment The ar-emporia service is available to Arthur Rackham emporia customers who hold either an Arthur Rackham credit account in the case of trade customers or has use of one of the following debit or credit cards to pay for their shopping: Visa Debit (Delta), Switch, Mastercard, Visa Credit, Solo, American Express or Diners. Customers will be required to register to use the service, we may decline a registration request at our sole discretion. Customers agree to our terms and conditions by registering for our service to comply with licensing and other legislation. The service is only available to customers aged 18 years or over. |

Terms All our prices include UK duty. Our private customers list has prices inclusive of VAT (currently at 17.5%) and it is this list that has been used for the ar-emporia.com website. Our trade customers list has prices excluding VAT. Prices are all in Pounds Sterling. Every effort will be made to maintain the prices quoted at the time of your order, but prices are subject changes in exchange rates, VAT and UK duty rates and we reserve the right to change prices or withdraw goods from sale. Where prices cannot be maintained, you will be notified by email and you may either accept the revised prices or you may cancel your order. Vintages We endeavour to ensure that correct and up to date vintages are shown, however, if the vintage shown of a particular product has been superceded we reserve the right to supply the alternative vintage.

| Shipping And Handling Whilst we try to do everything in our power to ensure that parcels arrive on time by prompt attention to your orders, we can never guarantee delivery by a specific date. We use reputable carriers, and to keep our prices at acceptable levels, we have negotiated rates for their standard service. We make every effort to despatch credit card and trade orders within 3 working days of order. Our delivery times are weekdays during normal business hours. All goods must be signed for at the time of delivery or upon collection by the customer or by a person nominated by the customer who must be at least 18 years of age. Goods will not be left unattended and unsigned for. In the event that the customer or a nominated person is unavailable to sign for the goods a card will be left requesting the customer to contact our carrier to arrange return delivery. We reserve the right to charge at our discretion a £7.00 (inc VAT) re-delivery fee. If a customer has arranged to collect their goods from ar-emporia in Burpham, Guildford and fails to collect the customer will be contacted via email to arrange an alternative collection time, a recollection fee of £7.00 (inc VAT) may be charged at our discretion and we will confirm the availability of all the goods for collection. If the customer has not contacted us or the carrier to re-arrange a failed delivery or collection within 24 hours we reserve the right to cancel the order. In the event of a cancelled delivery we reserve the right to recover our delivery costs incurred in full up to a maximum of £5.00 (inc VAT) per standard case (approximately 15 kilos). If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of the date given in our acceptance then you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you, unless we have notified you of the delay and have your agreement to continue to process the order. Certain food/alcohol items may be prohibited in a country to which they may be sent. It is your responsibility to check with the appropriate authorities to ensure the goods ordered are not prohibited. For overseas orders, the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland we will quote you both a delivery charge and when you may expect delivery. |

Remittance Terms We will ship your goods once we have received credit card authorisation or your cheque. If there are any problems we will email you immediately. We will not ship an order until the Customer has paid in full. Cancellation The customer has a right to cancel his/her order up to seven days after receipt of the order. The customer must make the goods available for collection by ar-emporia in good condition, and we will refund the Customer's money through the same credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase within 30 days of cancellation. Guarantee You should inspect the goods when you receive them for damage. If you find any damage you must contact ar-emporia customer service within 7 days of receipt of the goods. On receipt of the returned goods we will refund the purchase price or if you prefer we will provide replacement goods at no cost to you. If we provide replacement goods we will be deemed to have complied with our obligations under the contract and no claim can arise out of your rejection of the original goods, although this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Complaints At ar-emporia we work hard to ensure your satisfaction with our products and service. If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with our goods or standard of service please contact Arthur Rackham emporia at customerservice@ar-emporia.com. We will endeavour to give all complaints our urgent attention. Your complaint will be acknowledged at the latest within 5 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the matter within 30 days at the very latest. Our contact details are below.
